Zennor Parish Plan

The Zennor Parish Plan is being produced in response to Penwith District Council’s “2025 Vision” and the Government funded, local Market and Coastal Towns Initiative (MCTi). Both of these initiatives emphasise the need for local consultation and grassroots involvement.

We circulated questionnaires to every household within the Parish, with a response rate of 62% (111 people). This is one of the highest responses in Penwith, reflecting the importance of the issues to our local community and the interest taken in Parish matters. The results will help us produce a Parish Plan that will encourage and support the views of the community into the next decade and integrate with the development plans of Penwith District Council and Cornwall County Council.

Funding for this project has been secured from: Zennor Parish Council, Penwith District Council, and Cornwall Rural Community Council.
